Free is $0, no card: 1 seat, 120 transcription minutes a month, up to 3 minutes per conversation, 50 file uploads a month, and 10 AI summaries a month. The comparison table says the transcription quota does not carry over. Pro is $13.49/month billed monthly, or $8.17/month billed annually ($97.99 a year): 1,800 minutes a month, up to 5 hours per recording, 100 uploads, and 100 AI summaries, plus export, translation, and a custom vocabulary. Business is $27.99/month billed monthly, or $16.67/month billed annually ($199.99 a year): unlimited transcription, up to 5 hours per recording, 200 uploads, and 200 AI summaries. Best for
A meeting or a guest call you want as text, when the recording is not already a finished episode file.
Strengths

- The free plan does not ask for a card, so you can hear it on a short clip first.
Limits
- Free stops at 3 minutes per conversation, which is not an episode.
- The summary is a meeting summary. Show notes are still a separate draft.
