Free is $0. The pricing page lists unlimited recordings and transcription and a summary on each call. Fathom's help center, edited June 4, 2026, says advanced summaries cover the first 5 calls each month on Free, and a new account previews Premium for 30 days. The offers on fathom.ai/pricing list Premium at $20 per user per month billed monthly, or $16 per user per month billed annually. Team is $19 per user per month billed monthly, or $15 billed annually, with a 2-user minimum. Business is $34 per user per month billed monthly, or $25 billed annually, also with a 2-user minimum. Enterprise is sales.
Best for
A remote interview or a pitch call you want transcribed without a monthly minute cap on the free plan.
Strengths
- Free does not meter recording minutes.
- The summary is there when the call ends, before you open an editor.
Limits
- Advanced summaries on Free stop after 5 calls a month. After that you get the general summary.
- Team and Business require two seats. A solo host stays on Free or Premium.
