Free is $0. The card lists unlimited transcription with an asterisk, limited AI summaries, 400 minutes of storage for the team, and 20 AI credits. The FAQ on that page does not define the asterisk. Pro is $18 per seat per month, or $10 per seat per month billed annually, with unlimited AI summaries and 8,000 minutes of storage per seat. Business is $29 per seat per month, or $19 per seat per month billed annually, with unlimited storage and 30 AI credits. Enterprise is $39 per seat per month, annual only, with 50 AI credits. Best for
A host who records guest calls and wants the transcript, the summary, and the recording stored together.
Strengths
- Pro is an annual seat at $10, and AI summaries are unlimited on that plan.
- Uploads are on the product, so a file you already have can be transcribed.
Limits
- Free storage is 400 minutes for the whole team, which is a few long interviews.
- AskFred and the other advanced AI features spend credits. The seat price does not refill that pool every month.
