Pricing

A 10-day trial is $0 and does not ask for a card. When it ends, alerts pause and the API stops until you pay. A verified company domain can get Premium-level brand monitoring at no charge, and that access can be revoked. Premium is $100/month, or $1,000/year, with 50 alerts, 5 members, and 2,000 API requests a day. Professional is $200/month, or $2,000/year, with 500 alerts, up to 20 members, and 5,000 requests a day. Advanced is $2,500/month, with unlimited alerts, up to 50 members per team, and 10,000 requests a day. The comparison table on the same page says Advanced members are unlimited. Annual billing is two months free, paid up front, and the page says that prepay is non-refundable. Requests past the daily cap are $5 per 1,000. A Day Pass is $20 for 24 hours of Premium. A Research Pass is $50 for 72 hours. Enterprise starts at $5,000/month. Read on podscan.fm/pricing.

Best for

Finding shows to pitch, or watching when a name is said on someone else's episode.

Strengths

  • The trial does not ask for a card, and the plan prices are printed.
  • Full-text search covers episodes you did not record.

Limits

  • After 10 days the alerts and the API stop, unless you pay or you qualify for the verified-brand monitor.
  • Premium starts at $100/month. That is a research budget, not a hosting bill.
