Pricing

US card list prices. Other regions use their own fixed prices. Free is $0, no card. The pricing page lists 2,000 words a week on desktop and limited weekly use on mobile. The billing help, read the same day, sets the free caps at 2,000 words a week on Mac and Windows, with a 5,000-word maximum, 550 on iPhone with a 750-word maximum, and 2,500 on Android with a 3,000-word maximum. Pro is $15 per user per month, or $12 per user per month billed annually ($144 a year), with unlimited dictation. Growth dictation-only is $23 per user per month, or $18 billed annually ($216 a year). Growth with Notetaker is $33 per user per month, or $26 billed annually ($312 a year). The page says annual is 20% off. Enterprise is custom. Students and educators with an education email get 50% off Pro. A note on the Growth card says Notetaker can be turned on through November 30, 2026, and members then move to a limited plan. Read on wisprflow.ai/pricing.

Best for

A host who drafts the script, the show notes, or the newsletter by talking.

Strengths

  • It types into the document you already use, instead of a transcript you have to paste.
  • Free does not ask for a card, and Pro removes the weekly word cap.

Limits

  • A free desktop week is 2,000 words, which is a short script, not a season of notes.
  • The Notetaker is a meeting product. It does not cut the episode.
