Mubert vs Suno

Checked November 2, 2026

Checked November 2, 2026. Mubert was read on mubert.com/pricing with the annual toggle selected. Suno is quoted from its listing, last checked October 20, 2026. Loudly is quoted from its listing, last checked October 30, 2026.

A bed, or a song

Mubert generates tracks for use inside something else. Ambassador is $0: 25 tracks a month, 5 downloads, an audible watermark, and non-commercial use, and the license table names a non-commercial podcast. Creator is $14/month, or $11.69/month billed annually, still without commercial use. Pro is $39/month, or $32.49/month billed annually, and that is the plan that adds monetized channels and digital ads. Business is $199/month, or $149.29/month billed annually, for client work. The annual toggle says 25% off. Business divides that way. Creator and Pro do not.

Suno, from the October 20 listing, generates songs. Free is 50 credits a day, with no commercial rights and no monthly song downloads. Pro is $10/month, or $8/month on the annual toggle, with 2,500 credits, 20 downloads, and commercial use for songs made while subscribed. Premier is $30/month, or $24/month annually, with 10,000 credits and 60 downloads. The Loudly vs Suno page is the other song comparison, and Loudly is the plan that meters minutes of music rather than credits.

What you are allowed to publish

Mubert's disclaimer says the tracks cannot be sold as standalone music, uploaded to Spotify or another streaming service, or registered in Content ID. A sponsored episode is a commercial use. That starts at Pro, not at the free plan and not at Creator. Creator does include promoted posts, and it still says commercial usage is not included.

Suno's October 20 listing puts commercial use on Pro and Premier, for songs made while the subscription is active. A free Suno song has no commercial right and no monthly download. If the intro has to ship on a monetized show, both tools ask you to leave the free plan, and they ask at different prices.

Which meter fits a weekly intro

One bed a week is a small Mubert month. Ambassador's 25 tracks and 5 downloads can cover a test. A monetized show that keeps the same bed is Pro, at $39/month or $32.49 billed annually, and you still cannot register that bed in Content ID. The annual price on Creator and Pro does not match the 25% label, so the checkout total is the number to trust.

One sung intro a week is a small Suno month, and the October 20 Pro plan is $10, or $8 billed annually, with a 20-download cap. Credits do not roll over. The Podcast editing list has the other generators when the job is the theme, not the edit.

Questions

Can I use Mubert's free plan under a podcast?

The license table includes podcasts and streams on the non-commercial row, and that row is included on Ambassador. Monetized channels and digital ads are not included until Pro. A free export also has an audible watermark and requires attribution.

Which one is the smaller bill for a commercial intro?

Suno Pro, from the October 20 listing, is $10/month, or $8/month billed annually, and it includes commercial use. Mubert Pro is $39/month, or $32.49/month billed annually, and that is the first Mubert plan that includes monetized channels. They are not the same license. Mubert forbids registering the track in Content ID. Suno's commercial right applies to songs made while the subscription is active.

Why is Mubert's price marked approximate?

On November 2, 2026 the annual toggle was labeled 25% off. Business at $149.29 is 25% off $199, within a few cents. Creator at $11.69 is not 25% off $14, and Pro at $32.49 is not 25% off $39.
