Pricing
AI plans and human services are both sold. A September 2026 survey listed an Essentials AI seat near $29.99/month and human transcription at $1.99/minute. Approximate.
Best for
A publishable transcript of a difficult recording, including the option to send it to a person.
Strengths
- Human fallback is the reason to use Rev instead of a pure AI transcriber.
- Captions and transcripts are both first-class orders.
Limits
- Human minutes are expensive next to AI minutes.
- The plan numbers quoted here come from a survey, not a fresh checkout.
